Carlos Merino is Counsel at Moreno Baldivieso with 30 years’ experience in the area of registry law, constitution of foundations, non-profit and NGO associations, banking and finance. He also has extensive experience in disputes related to real estate ownership, as well as consulting in commercial, administrative, telecommunications, banking and insurance fields of law.
