Ariel Triveño is Associate at Moreno Baldivieso. He is responsable for the immigration department, he had more than 15 years of experience in this area, advising at immigration procedures for diferent companies and multinational and international clients. He develop the most complex and important business operations in Bolivian market, at oil, construction, industry and other fields. Managing several migratory processes, generated by the complexity and scope of the projects that he has advised in Bolivia.

On the other hand, he has also stands out in litigation, labor cases, administrative and civil processes, being a procedural lawyer with vast experience in Courts and Tribunals in the city of Santa Cruz.
