Natalio Zegarra is Counsel at Moreno Baldivieso, he is attorney and represent different companies. He has more than 20 years of experience in matters related to Labor Law, Social Security and Banking Law.

He has solid knowledge in administrative and judicial processing of Labor and Social Security orders, such as: Collection processes and reimbursement of social benefits; Reincorporation Processes to the Source of Work; Proceedings on union immunity; Execution of Arbitration Awards; Proceedings of Violation of Social Law; Coercive social processes initiated by the entities in charge of the Short-Term Social Security and the Comprehensive Pension System.

Similarly, he has extensive experience in labor restructuring of the companies and in cases of Due diligence in relation to compliance with labor and social security regulations and obligations.
