Rodrigo Moreno is Counsel at the Gabriel Patent & Trademark Office, the intellectual property office of Moreno Baldivieso. He has extensive experience in the handling of intellectual property rights issues, including patents, trademarks and copyrights.
His principal responsibility encompasses the strategic planning of Gabriel Patent & Trademark Office’s operations which ensure the viability of the firm and its continued performance. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of all business matters in the IP area and supervises the financial affairs of the firm through the Director of Administration and Finance.
Rodrigo Moreno holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lynn University, to which he later added a Master’s Degree in International Business and Finance from the London Business School. He was the commencement speaker for his Master’s in Intellectual Property at the Franklin Pierce Intellectual Property Institute. He has polished management education with courses at institutions such as INCAE Business School and Harvard Law School. His multidisciplinary experience provides him with an ideal set of tools which he applies to reconcile a local vision with a market driven by international clients within the framework of Bolivian Intellectual Property legislation.
Rodrigo is a member of ABPI, ASIPI, INTA, AIPPI, AAAPI, ABPI, MARQUEZ and ECTA.
